The new Self Service Suite 6.0 Express Edition

The new Self Service Suite 6.0 Express Edition will be available to the start of CeBIT in Hanover (3-8 March, 2009) - the world’s largest trade fair showcasing digital IT and telecommunications solutions.

novomind has adapted its Self Service Suite 6.0 continuously to future requirements. The latest version has been improved in 70 different ways. Among the most important updates have been the comprehensive analysis tools. For example, customer service centres can obtain an accurate overview of which queries in each category have been answered over which periods. This allows them to recognise bottlenecks earlier on, and to do something about them in good time. This in turn protects customers from unpleasant delays.

novomind AG will be present at CeBIT, in Hall 6, Booth G60 (Webciety-Area). There the Hamburg-based software company will be presenting its innovative solutions for digital customer communication.

On basis of suggestions from novomind iMail™ Express users we changed the build-in standard text recognition procedure from rule-based analysis to our statistical analysis method. The rule-based method managed with novomind composer still remains in the system and should be used for more specialized text recognition purposes. The statistical engine is automatically trained using a relevant test set for all categories. Therefore, you can achieve very fast first successes in the text recognition.

novomind iMail™ Agent Version 6.0: Improvements in the user interface

novomind iMail™ supervisor Version 6.0: New analysing possibilities

  • “Transmission report” calculates the number of external transmitted e-mails per e-mail address of a recipient.

  • “Duration report” finds out the processing length per agent for finished e-mails (answered or deleted) in a period. The result can be classified  into categories and agents. In addition, it is possible to show answered e-mails in the drilldown.

  • “Bandwidth report” calculates per category the number of all finished or deleted e-mails and their service level in a selected period. Additionally the capacity of definable service level-bandwidth finished mails can be determined.

On the occasion of the “Annual Self Service Conference” (September 2008, Hamburg, Germany) the novomind Self Service Suite™ 6.0 was released. The version 6.0 will be available for the ecrm4free user in February 2009. In the following months the “New Features” will be introduced.
